We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Lead to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing warehouse operations, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Establish daily shipping schedules to meet customer demands.
• Supervise product staging, pallet construction, and product selection accuracy.
• Communicate and fulfill store needs efficiently.
• Implement action plans to enhance operations and personnel development.
• Lead warehouse inspections and inventory controls.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Experience in warehouse management is a plus.
