3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, managing a team of direct reports, ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and oversee product receiving, selection, and shipping processes.
• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operational results.
• Supervise warehouse personnel to ensure compliance with safety guidelines and regulations.
• Lead and facilitate Warehouse Associate meetings and provide coaching and feedback to enhance performance.
• Manage controllable expenses, inventory, and efficiency results.
• Maintain a safe work environment and address hazards promptly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict management skills.
