3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of warehouse personnel.
• Oversee receiving, selection, and shipping of products.
• Develop action plans to improve operational results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to direct reports.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Lead Warehouse Associate meetings and provide feedback for performance improvement.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and regulatory guidelines.
• Manage controllable expenses and inventory.
• Maintain a safe work environment and address hazards promptly.

Job Qualifications

• Demonstrates Positive Attitude & Resilience, Drives for Success, and Leads and Aligns as per ALDI Acts competencies.
• Ability to apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with excellent communication skills.
• Capable of developing and maintaining positive relationships and facilitating group involvement.
• Conflict management and problem-solving skills are essential.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 45 pounds.
• Continuous standing and frequent bending, reaching, and lifting required.
