Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 3rd Shift Warehouse Operations Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining a safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and modify daily work schedules to meet warehouse needs.
• Coordinate and supervise tasks of direct reports, overseeing product receiving, selection, and shipping.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with guidelines and develop action plans to improve results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to direct reports, fostering teamwork and alignment with company values.
• Collaborate with other operational areas and communicate effectively with district managers and store management.
• Train and develop direct reports to enhance performance and maintain a motivated workforce.
• Ensure compliance with safety, food sanitation, and regulatory standards.
• Manage expenses, inventory, and payroll while maintaining a safe working environment.
• Address warehouse issues, provide feedback, and escalate concerns as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and ability to drive success.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and able to manage direct reports effectively.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
