ABF Freight, an ArcBest company, is seeking Operations Supervisors to join our expanding team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely and safe loading and unloading of freight. We are looking for individuals with the skill and dedication to provide exceptional transportation and logistics solutions to our customers.

General Description of Duties:

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for safe and timely freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe load balance.
• Assign job tasks and monitor performance.
• Provide training and feedback, foster safety, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Work collaboratively to achieve department goals.
• Support a values-driven culture of creativity, integrity, and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred; supervisory experience a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation and freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
