General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Ensure proper load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, coordinate work assignments, and provide training and feedback to workers.
• Maintain a clean, safe working environment and promote safe handling of materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting to achieve department goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; prior transportation and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general freight handling knowledge.
