As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for planning, supervising, and controlling resources to ensure timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.

General Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and control resources for efficient freight handling.
• Maintain load plans and ensure safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training.
• Ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Support a values-driven culture focused on teamwork and excellence.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in transportation or related fields, supervisory experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• General knowledge of freight handling techniques.
