General Description of Duties

• Plan, supervise, and control available resources for timely, damage-free, and safe loading/unloading of freight.
• Maintain proper load plans and balance for safe vehicle operation.
• Assign tasks and coordinate work assignments, monitor performances, and provide training and feedback.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment, fostering safe handling of hazardous materials.
• Work collaboratively in a team setting, supporting company values of creativity, integrity, and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, with experience in service center or transportation industries.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of proper freight handling techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong computer skills.
