Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team at Domino's Pizza in Pensacola, Florida. As a master of multitasking and organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our bustling franchise. From providing clerical support to managing employee files and interacting with customers, your contribution will be instrumental in maintaining our high standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support, including business writing and bookkeeping.
- Manage employee files and participate in the hiring process.
- Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction and positive online reviews.
- Handle calendars and correspondence with finesse and discretion.
- Conduct industry research and maintain documentation standards.
- Monitor and manage office inventory efficiently.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent education.
- Full-time availability (35-40 hours a week) on Tuesdays to Fridays 9-5, and Saturdays 10-3.
- Proficiency in organizational skills, communication, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
