Job Description
We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join our Domino's team in McClenny. This role involves working alongside the General Manager to coordinate and take ownership of team tasks and assignments. Responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, such as cost controls, inventory management, cash handling, and customer relations. You will play a key role in developing future managers by setting a positive example, mentoring team members, and ensuring adherence to policies and procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for staffing, paperwork, food management, time management, maintaining a professional appearance, promoting Domino's image standards, providing excellent customer service, managing store cleanliness, and participating in marketing activities.
