Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans to improve store performance. Your responsibilities will include training and developing the team, ensuring customer service excellence, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience, with management experience preferred.
