Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a key part in managing store operations, developing action plans, supervising team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Ensure adherence to company values and foster teamwork among employees.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback on products.
• Supervise store operations and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Assist in achieving payroll and total loss targets.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Prior retail experience and management skills preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
