Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, supervising staff, ensuring operational excellence, and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
- Establish job responsibilities and performance expectations for staff.
- Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
- Monitor market competition and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
- Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed to minimize losses.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
- Previous management experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
