Job Description

Join our team as an Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi, where you will take on key store management responsibilities. You will assist with supervising day-to-day store activities, managing schedules, and developing operational action plans. Your role involves improving operating results, establishing job responsibilities, identifying training opportunities, and ensuring effective store operations. Additionally, you will maintain stock levels, maximize sales through proper merchandising, uphold customer service standards, and supervise team operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Prior retail management experience preferred
