Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management by overseeing daily operations, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and leading a team to success.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to drive operational improvements.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and provide feedback to maintain our market position.
• Ensure store cleanliness, proper stock levels, and high-quality customer service.
• Supervise daily operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience required, with management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Combination of education and experience considered.
