Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist in overseeing day-to-day store operations, manage schedules, foster a positive team environment, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, merchandise products, and manage stock levels.
  • Supervise and support team members in daily operations.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures while upholding security standards.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate within a team.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Experience in retail management is preferred.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
