Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Store Manager to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring operational success, and fostering team growth and development. As part of a dynamic retail environment, you will be responsible for implementing action plans, supervising operations, and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
  • Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
  • Assist with payroll management, inventory control, and new employee training.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in interpreting and applying company policies.
  • Prior management experience preferred.
