Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of the store, assisting with supervising activities, ensuring store performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 38 per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
