Assistant Retail Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in supervising daily store activities, enhancing operational performance, managing schedules, and fostering team development. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to optimize store operations and performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team's performance.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback for product selection.
• Supervise day-to-day store operations and address customer concerns.
• Maintain inventory levels, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and lead a team effectively.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent, retail experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment.
• Management experience is a plus.
