Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join the Aldi team. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in store management, overseeing day-to-day operations, team development, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job expectations and provide training opportunities for team development.
  • Monitor market trends and make strategic recommendations to maintain competitiveness.
  • Manage inventory, merchandising, and store cleanliness standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience, with prior management experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong understanding of budgeting and operational expenses.
  • Ability to operate cash registers and retail equipment efficiently.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
