Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing store activities, ensuring performance targets are met, developing operational strategies, and fostering team growth and development. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members effectively.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor competitive landscape and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Ensure inventory procedures and cash control policies are followed.
• Supervise team operations and escalate issues as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Prior management experience is beneficial.
