Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated individual to fill the position of Assistant Retail Manager at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily store operations, enhancing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This full-time role offers an average of 38 hours per week and a starting wage of $24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
• Monitor and adjust operations to meet company objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
