Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in managing day-to-day store activities, developing operational strategies, and supervising the store team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with developing and implementing action plans to enhance store performance.
  • Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team for optimal results.
  • Identify training opportunities to support team growth and development.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, proper signage, and stock levels.
  • Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring customer service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of retail experience with prior management experience preferred.
  • Ability to lead, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Operational and budgeting proficiency.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
