We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a dedicated team to success.

Position Details

• Average Hours: 38 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $24.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to support team development.
• Maintain store cleanliness and merchandising standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Demonstrated leadership and management skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
