We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in supervising store activities, managing schedules, and developing strategies to enhance store performance. You will lead a team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify and provide training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make strategic recommendations.
• Ensure inventory procedures, product handling, and cash control policies are followed.
• Maintain store cleanliness, appropriate stock levels, and product displays.
• Supervise daily operations, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
• Ability to lead and work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and expenses.
