Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a vital role in overseeing store activities, managing schedules, training and developing the team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to improve store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and make recommendations for improvement.
• Maintain inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
• Ensure store cleanliness, proper signage, and product merchandising.
• Supervise day-to-day operations and escalate issues when necessary.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
