We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join Aldi's team. In this role, you will assist with managing day-to-day store activities, ensuring overall store performance, developing operational action plans, and identifying training opportunities for team growth.

• Starting Wage: $24.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans for improved store results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide feedback on product selection.
• Ensure adherence to inventory procedures, product handling guidelines, and cash control policies.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring high levels of customer service.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
