Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As an Assistant Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store operations, supervising team members, ensuring store performance, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a full-time position with an average of 38 hours per week, starting at $25.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to enhance store operations.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and proper stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
