Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As part of this role, you will assist with supervising daily store activities, manage schedules, develop operational plans, provide training opportunities, and ensure team growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to the team.
• Identify training opportunities for team development.
• Monitor the competitive environment and recommend adjustments to maintain competitiveness.
• Manage customer concerns and ensure proper store operations in the absence of the direct leader.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stock levels, and product quality.
• Supervise daily team operations and escalate issues when necessary.
• Uphold company policies and procedures while ensuring customer service excellence.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in interpreting and applying company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience in retail management preferred.
