Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

Join the ALDI team as an Assistant Retail Supervisor to take on key management responsibilities in ensuring store performance and team growth. As a full-time role with an average of 38 hours per week, you will contribute to operational success by supervising daily activities, developing action plans, and identifying training opportunities for the team.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance operating results
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance
• Monitor the competitive environment and provide product feedback
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest level of customer service
• Maintain inventory procedures, cleanliness standards, and stock levels

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Understanding of company policies and procedures
• Prior retail management experience preferred

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience
• Prior management experience is a plus
