Assistant Retail Supervisor

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Retail Supervisor to join the team at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day store operations, developing action plans to enhance performance, managing team schedules, and fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing action plans to optimize store results.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve team performance.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and product quality standards.
• Supervise team operations, providing support and guidance as needed.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
