Job Description

We are looking for an Assistant Retail Supervisor to join our team at Aldi. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store activities, improving operating results, managing inventory, and leading a team to provide exceptional customer service. This position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual with prior experience in retail management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement action plans to enhance store performance.
• Communicate job responsibilities and performance expectations to team members.
• Identify training opportunities to improve employee performance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, proper signage, and stock levels.
• Supervise day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient running of the store.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of retail experience.
• Prior management experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
