Job Description
We are looking for a talented individual to join Jazz Pharmaceuticals as the Associate Director, Clinical Data Innovation in the Global Clinical Development Operations (GCDO) department. This role involves overseeing data and analytics platforms, leading a team of professionals, and driving strategic partnerships to enhance Jazz's clinical data capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmap for clinical data platform(s).
- Optimize Jazz's use of the platforms through cross-functional collaboration.
- Lead, mentor, and provide vision to the Clinical Data Innovation team.
- Establish strong relationships with internal stakeholders and technology vendors.
- Stay updated on technology trends in clinical trials.
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of clinical trial processes and data visualization.
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication abilities with technical and non-technical teams.
- Experience with CDASH standards, clinical data systems, and visualization tools.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in relevant fields with 10 years of clinical trial experience.
Education and Compensation
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Biology, Mathematics, or Computer Science is required. The total compensation package for this role ranges from $152,000 to $228,000, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for bonuses, equity grants, and comprehensive benefits.
