Job Description
As a Banker I at Banner Bank, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, representing the face of the bank. Your responsibilities include processing transactions accurately, assisting clients in achieving their financial objectives, and actively promoting and selling bank products and services through in-person and telephone interactions. Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist clients with financial transactions.
- Promote and sell bank products and services through personalized interactions.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, math, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Communicate effectively with clients using proper etiquette and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 months experience in cash handling, client service, and sales.
- Proficiency in math, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

- Starting hourly wage range: $18.00-$22.23 (based on experience).
