Job Description

Lariat Lodge Brewing Company is seeking a dedicated Brewer to join our team at both our Evergreen and Littleton locations. As a key member of our small brewing team, you will be involved in all aspects of production, from conceptualization to packaging and serving our exceptional craft beers on our 5 BBL and 20 BBL systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in commercial brewing or related field in the beer industry.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the brewing industry, including standing for extended periods, working in diverse environments, using equipment, and lifting weights within safety guidelines.
• Strong time management skills, work ethic, empathy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service skills for special events, daily interactions, and representing the company.
• Knowledge of brewing processes, equipment maintenance, and experience with canning and draft line operations.
• Attention to detail, punctuality, and flexibility in location as work may be required at both sites.

Overtime may be necessary, and relocation expenses will not be covered. Hourly compensation will be commensurate with experience.

This is a full-time position offering pay between $18.00 - $20.00 per hour.
