Responsibilities:

• Maintain Charter Senior Living Mission and Core Values.
• Provide daily assistance with residents' needs, including medication reminders, grooming, and dressing.
• Offer emotional and social support to residents.
• Document assistance provided according to protocols.
• Ensure a safe environment and respond effectively to emergencies.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Familiarity and willingness to work with the elderly.
• Clear communication skills and empathy.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• High tolerance for pressure and critical situations.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid Certification may be required.
