Job Description
We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Cashiers/Stockers at ALDI. As a Cashier or Stocker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include operating registers, stocking shelves, maintaining store appearance, and providing excellent customer service.
Position Details
- Job Type: Part-Time
- Average Hours: Less than 30 hours per week
- Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour
Responsibilities
Cashier Responsibilities:
- Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness
- Assist customers and report any issues
- Participate in inventory management
- Adhere to cash policies
Stocker Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize merchandise
- Follow merchandising guidelines
- Operate machinery safely
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Ability to follow company policies
- Effective communication skills
- Work well in a team environment
- High School Diploma preferred
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Retail experience is a plus
- Combination of education and experience can be considered
