Cashier/Stocker (Part Time)

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cashiers and Stockers at ALDI. As a Cashier, you will process customer purchases, provide exceptional service, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. Stockers are responsible for maintaining organized shelves, rotating products, and ensuring a fresh supply for our customers. Both roles involve collaborating with team members, upholding store security, and adhering to company policies.

Position Details

• Job Type: Part-Time
• Hours: Fewer than 30 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

Cashier

• Process purchases and ensure accurate transactions
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness at the checkout area
• Follow cash handling procedures and policies

Stocker

• Stock shelves with new merchandise
• Rotate products to maintain freshness
• Create attractive displays as per guidelines
• Operate equipment safely and follow safety protocols

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adhere to company standards and procedures
• Prior retail experience is a plus
