Compensation: Base Rate: $18.00-$24.00 per hour, Total Compensation Range: $50,180-$68,800 annually

At VASA Fitness, we are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team. As a Certified Fitness Lead, you will play a key role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring a world-class fitness experience for our members.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
- Facilitate and adjust programming to fit the needs of each client.
- Create a welcoming environment and interact with members, clients, and guests in a friendly and inclusive manner.
- Support and encourage the growth and development of personal trainers.
- Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
- Coach personal trainers on conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
- Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
