Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing personal training team.
- Drive acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention.
- Facilitate customized programming to meet client needs.
- Create a supportive and inclusive training environment.
- Coach personal trainers on consultations and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Prior experience in personal training.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) preferred.
