Job Description

We are looking for a Certified Fitness Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead (PTL), you will report to the General Manager and oversee a team of Personal Trainers. This position is hourly, non-exempt, with a compensation range of $50,180 to $68,800 annually, including bonuses.

Purpose

The Personal Training Lead is responsible for advancing the personal training business, ensuring high-quality training sessions, and achieving monthly targets for acquiring new clients. You will build and develop a high-performing team while fostering a supportive and connected community.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high performing team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing ones.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to fit clients' exact needs.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment in the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by providing exceptional value in personal training.
• Support and encourage the growth and development of personal trainers.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on conducting consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales goals for attracting new clients.
