As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in advancing the personal training business at our club, ensuring the achievement of fitness financial targets and providing a world-class experience for our members. Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new and improve retention of existing personal training clients.
• Facilitate and adjust programming to meet individual client needs, focusing on Care & Connect concepts.
• Create an approachable and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Retain clients by delivering exceptional value in personal training services.
• Foster a supportive and connected community for personal trainers and their clients.
• Attract new clients by forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach trainers on consultations and recommend appropriate training packages.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Contribute to and achieve monthly sales goals, ensuring the team meets targets effectively.
