Certified Personal Training Lead

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As the Personal Training Lead, you will play a key role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding financial targets, and ensuring our members achieve their fitness goals.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team by attracting, hiring, and coaching team members.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Develop an agile team that can adapt training programs to individual client needs.
• Create a welcoming environment within the Personal Training Cage for members, clients, and guests.
• Retain clients by providing exceptional value, safe training spaces, and a supportive community.
• Attract new clients through forming personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets for attracting new clients.
• Achieve monthly sales goals to contribute to overall targets.

Qualifications

• Certification in personal training.
• Prior experience in personal training management or leadership role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and customer service abilities.
• Passionate about helping individuals reach their fitness goals.
