We are looking for a Certified Personal Training Lead to join our team at VASA Fitness. As a Personal Training Lead, you will play a vital role in advancing our personal training business, exceeding fitness financial targets, and ensuring that our members achieve their fitness goals. You will be responsible for building and developing a high-performing personal training team that delivers exceptional training sessions and client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a high-performing personal training team aligned with VASA's core values.
• Increase acquisition of new personal training clients and improve retention of existing clients.
• Facilitate customized programming to meet individual client needs.
• Create a friendly and inclusive environment within the Personal Training Cage.
• Ensure personal trainers provide value and exceptional service to clients.
• Support and encourage the growth and development of personal trainers.
• Attract new clients through personal relationships with VASA members.
• Coach personal trainers on consultations and recommending appropriate training packages.
• Work with the team to achieve monthly sales targets.
