Position
We are hiring Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Day and night shifts available with weekend and holiday rotations.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans and aid in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
Shifts
- Day shift, night shift, and rotating weekends.
Pay
Pay ranges from $22.00 - $28.00 per hour.
