Position: LPN
ChristianaCare HomeHealth is hiring Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. Shifts include day or night hours, one weekend/month, and 2 holidays/year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients in the community.
- Implement patient-centered care plans.
- Participate in discharge planning.
Requirements
- HSD or GED required.
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected Hours: 20 – 40 per week
