ChristianaCare is hosting an In-Person Nursing Hiring Event. We are looking for experienced Home Health Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team. Position
We are seeking Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem LPNs to support New Castle County, DE. The role may include day shift or night shift hours, one weekend a month, and 2 holidays per year.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care to geriatric patients
- Implement patient-centered care plans
- Participate in discharge planning
Requirements
- HSD or GED required
- Current DE LPN license or compact state license
Job Details

- Pay: $22.00 - $28.00 per hour
- Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
