Job Details

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem LPN opportunities available to support patients in New Castle County, DE.
• Flexible day or night shifts, one weekend per month, and 2 holidays per year.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Implement patient-centered care plans and assist in discharge planning.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (HSD) or GED required.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.
