Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients in the community.
• Develop and implement patient-centered care plans and discharge plans.
• Must be IV proficient; training provided if necessary.

Requirements

• BSN required; ADN candidates must obtain BSN within three years of employment.
• Current DE RN license or compact state license.
• 2 years of recent HomeHealth RN experience.
• Previous Home Healthcare and Med-Surgical experience preferred.
