Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide skilled nursing care and treatment to geriatric patients.
• Implement patient-centered care plans and discharge planning.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Current DE LPN license or compact state license.

Job Types:

Per diem, part-time, full-time

Pay:

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
